Classic Mazda 🤝 BSI Racing

After a fun and eventful first season with BSI Racing, Classic Mazda Orlando has upped the ante and joined BSI Racing as a featured sponsor for the team for the 2025 MX-5 Cup Season.

BSI Team Owner, Shea Holbrook shared her thoughts on the partnership, “we are so fortunate to have that relationship that allows for us to go out and compete like this… More podiums, more wins, and ultimately a team and driver championship, which is the goal”.

In addition to the team sponsorship, Classic Mazda will be sponsoring Tyler Gonzalez, who will run the season in the No. 57 red and white Classic Mazda Orlando livery.

Meet Tyler Gonzalez

This St. Cloud native is the guy to get the job done; from hopping out of his car and changing his own battery, to assembling his own trucks for back road mudding. When it came time for Classic Mazda to choose a driver who embodied that down-to-earth-winner spirit, we looked no further than Tyler Gonzalez.

Tyler is no stranger to winning - he brings to BSI Racing seven series wins over the course of his career, including some Daytona victories. He’ll be making his BSI Racing & Classic Mazda debut at the Rolex 24 in our favorite red and white livery.

Between racing the MX-5 Cup and Michelin Challenge this weekend, Tyler is hoping to bring home a trophy and participate in the BSI tradition - the straight arm champagne pour. 🍾 

The Rolex 24 - Everything You Need To Know

The big race weekend is upon us, and with that comes questions. Lucky for us, IMSARacing took to Reddit and gave us a full-length guide of things you need to know for the Rolex 24. Here are some bullet points:

• Screenshot your tickets - service at the track can be slow.

• Wear sunscreen - otherwise you’ll get burned.

• Wear comfortable shoes - there is a lot of walking.

• Prepare for cold and rain - layers are encouraged.
