Why the All-New 2026 Mazda CX-5 demands your attention

Newsflash, the all-new, completely redesigned Mazda CX-5 is here.
The absolute pioneer, the very first vehicle to introduce the world to Mazda’s famous Kodo design language mixed with efficient Skyactiv technology is back for its highly anticipated 3rd-generation.
For starters, the all-new Mazda CX-5 is physically larger than the previous generation, growing in both length and width. With a wheelbase stretched by 4.5 inches, you get a massive upgrade in rear legroom, knee-room, and a highly usable 11.7 percent boost in cargo capacity.
Go ahead and pack all the extra beach gear or luggage you want because it fits effortlessly now. That’s great!
But wait, hang on what’s that Kodo stuff from before? Well, Mazda’s Kodo design philosophy refers to the “Soul of Motion”. In other words, styling that is heavily inspired by the powerful and fluid musculature of wild animals in peak movement. Take a look below.

The result is a body chiseled with gorgeous lines that beautifully play with light and shadows. Honestly, I can see it!
Where this 3rd-generation masterpiece truly breaks the mold is inside the cabin. Mazda builds every vehicle around a sacred engineering philosophy called Jinba Ittai—a Japanese concept that translates to “the perfect, intuitive harmony between a horse and its rider.”

In the 2026 CX-5, that philosophy is engineered directly into the connection between man and machine. Taking center stage is an Available* gargantuan 15.6-inch high-resolution touchscreen which is the largest ever fitted into a Mazda vehicle with built-in Google Maps functionality.
You can just talk to your 2026 Mazda CX-5 and ask for directions while keeping your eyes on the road. I don’t think you can do that with just a horse.
And not just any horse out there comes equipped with upscale, matte-textured materials and an incredibly quiet, insulated cabin. Okay, that analogy made more sense in my head.
The benchmark for the compact crossover class just set a whole new standard. Come check out the all-new Mazda CX-5 right here at Classic Mazda!
🏁 BSI Racing leads the way in the MX-5 Cup

If you want to understand the high-performance Mazda sports car DNA built into every vehicle on our lot, you don't have to look any further than our friends and frequent partner, BSI Racing.
They have been absolutely dominating the track in the Mazda MX-5 Cup, and we could not be prouder to support them!
The team’s last outing on the tight, barrier-lined street circuit of the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg was an absolute masterclass in composure. Facing down a treacherously wet track at first, Bobby Gossett drove the race of his life while securing his first career victory in Race 1.
Then he backed it up with a brilliant 3rd place finish, getting himself into the podium for the 2nd straight day. Because of that historic double-podium weekend, BSI Racing has vaulted straight to the front of the grid!

Thankfully nobody was harmed!
And hey, the team did not let adversity slow them down as they had a transporter truck catch on fire last month with Team equipment and BSI race cars inside!
Now here’s the very example of the phrase “Not all heroes wear capes.” No cars and, most importantly, no people were hurt thanks to the great work of Volusia County Firefighters.
And what happened next is a testament to the BSI crew and the hard work they’ve put in. #BSIBuilt took their damaged racecar back to the shop and completely repaired it, loaded up the back-up trailer, and hit the road again.
These guys are top notch!!! On the shoulder of I-95, it was all hands on deck as every piece of equipment and three race cars were unloaded on the highway.
After rotating around the clock for 24 hours straight, we were back on the road! We’ve never missed a race, and we weren’t about to start now!

Value doesn’t have to mean boring
When you hear the word “Value”, what do you picture?
For most people, it conjures up images of budget rental cars with flimsy plastic interiors and an engine that sounds like a lawn mower. Overall, it feels more like you’re being punished for choosing a simple ride to get from Point A to Point B.
Well, good thing for us Mazda exists and they absolutely refuse to let your daily commutes be boring.
Enter the Mazda3 sedan as Cars.com’ Best Value New Car.
So not only does the Mazda3 2.5 S Sedan end up as a Top Finisher because of its accessible price tag, but also because of its balance of essential tech, everyday usability, and actual driving enjoyment for your money.
The Mazda3 sedan flat-out does not feel entry-level. Most cars in the value sedan segment feel like an appliance you drive but this one gives you a quiet, driver-centric cockpit and a punchy 2.5-liter engine that makes merging onto the highway genuinely fun.
